Add/Remove credit for a SIP account

On MyVoipTiger you select SIP Account(s) from the menu at the top of the page and you will arrive on an overview page of your existing SIP account(s). If this is the first time you are logging into MyVoipTiger, only one SIP account will be shown.
To add credit to a SIP account, go to the line for the SIP account in question and click on the plus sign in the column Credit. On the following screen you select the amount you would like to add and click on Add credit. Next, you are automatically returned to the overview page of your SIP accounts where the new balance will already have been added in the column Amount. The total available credit is shown on the overview page of your SIP account(s) as well as on the page where you can add credit to an account. If you do not have any or sufficient credit, you can purchase this in the Shop.

 

To remove credit from a SIP account, go to the line for the SIP account in question and click on the minus sign in the column Credit. You can only remove all the credit for a SIP account, no partial amounts. (Tip: If you want to remove less than the total amount for a SIP account, remove the entire amount first, then add the desired amount to the SIP account again.) Once you click on the minus sign, confirm the action on the next screen by clicking on Remove credit. Next, you are automatically returned to the overview page of your SIP accounts where the new balance for that account – i.e. 0 – will already be shown in the column Amount. The credit that was removed was added to the total available credit for your main account again.
